Dates & Time: From 3rd Dec’17 (Sunday) 9am to 9th Dec’17 (Saturday) 6pm.

Early mornings will begin with meditation, yoga, or kriya practice at 7am, followed by fruit-only breakfast at 8am. Then the 1st class of the day that will conclude at 10am for breakfast. Pre-lunch class followed by vegan lunch at 1pm. Post lunch class followed by herbal tea break at 4pm and last class of the day that will wind up by 6pm. The evening will be a time for recreation, walking on the beach, visiting the marketplace or satsang / story telling by the bonfire. Vegan dinner at 8pm followed by conscious movie of the day.

This retreat is priced at the following rates:

Option 1 – Day 1, Day 2 & Day 3 at Rs.9,000 residential. Rs.7,500 non-residential.

Option 2 – Day 4, Day 5. Day 6, Day 7 at Rs.12,000 residential. Rs.10,000 non-residential.

Option 3 – Day 1 to Day 7 at Rs.20,000 residential. Rs.17,000 non-residential.
