    HI Darryl, It was nice reading your book. I shall also place order for the hard copy. Thank you for such precious information. In your book you said NO to wheat, rice, milk and oils. I am finding it hard to find any item that is not made from these products. Ghee is made from milk, butter is made for milk, idle and dosa are made from rice, poha are made from rice. Dhalia is made from wheat. So my choices of food are only limited to fruits and vegetables. When I told my wife, about this, she told me the if you avoid these things I will find hardly anything to eat. Is there are working advice from you. Thank you in advance.

    • You’re welcome Mithun. Unfortunately, you have given your wife a wrong impression and that is why her logical reply. I have explained that overconsumption / all-year-round consumption of wheat and rice is harmful for health. As an option I have given all the non-gluten grains that can be eaten instead, like raggi, jowar, bajra, rajgriha, etc. All these atta’s are available in India. People who need to shed dietary weightgain should reduce grains more, others can have in moderation if their intestines are well. Milk is a total NO, but ghee and butter are highly refined down products of milk, so they can be had in moderation. If you sincerely look for the full range of vegetables, fruits, nuts, pulses, sprouted grains etc, you will find a lot. There’s a lot of variety in the pictures above on this page. Regards, Darryl

        Hi Darryl, your reply is helpful. It helped me understand your theory better. I will start eating ghee, butter in moderate amount. They too are important for our body. After reading your book, I have stopped having wheat, rice, milk in my diet. I started doing surya namaskar. I started eating Jawari ki roti. I am going out in sun, walk barefoot (where ever possible), keep my mobile away from my body. I have already done kidney cleanse (with black tea). Planning to do other cleanse this and next week. I started buying organic food, though they are really difficult to find. I found immediate benefits like my dandruff problem I was suffering from my childhood is completely gone :) I am still understanding the information in your book. I need to read the book carefully. I have already ordered a physical copy. Once I get it I will re-read it to understand it better. My goal is reverse ageing. My actual age now is 30 Years. I want to look like a 25 year guy :) Thank you Darryl for your help. You are doing good to the society by exposing this information. I support you in this cause.

    Hi Darryl, In your protein chart it says spinach has very high protein. I checked the same at other places but what I could make out is that 30 gm of spinach gives only 0.9 gm of protein which is roughly 2% of daily value. Can you explain me what 49% refers to? Is it really a source of high protein?

    Dear Darryl, Please advise/recommend me a diet as I am suffering from pain in the base of my right hand thumb since Dec 15. and now found my left thumb too having the same problem though not so intense.     Hi Darryl, I’m 48 years old and need help losing weight. I’m menopausal as well as have two herniated discs. While yoga has helped eliminate the chronic pain I used to be in, it is not helping with weight loss. I have consulted a dietician too with no result. Although I have brought down my sugar considerably, upped my vegetable intake by three fold my sugar reads a point higher than normal. My dietician feels I need to get my hormone levels checked but doctors feel it’s not easy to do that and have asked me to accept that in this phase this is my new reality. Please advise. I feel very lost and am fearful of gaining weight (which I do very easily). It seems to me that no matter what I try it doesn’t work. Thank you so much, Aarti!

    Well I guess this is not a correct way to show in percentage of nutritional facts. It may be misleading. it would have been the distribution of Carbohydrates, Protein and Fat in each above mention foods per 100 gram.

    Hi Sir, thanks for the pdf version of the book. I have read the book and will also read it one more time thoroughly. I have done the kidney cleansing for 15 days and have benefited. I have also cut sugar from my diet and practice 20 minutes of sun gazing and feel energetic. Sir I have skin problems on left feet & back. Please advise a remedy for my skin problem. Thank you!

I have suffered little bit between it but now m feeling extreme pain in stomach and intestine . I have diagnosed to many doctors about this pain and previously they were not able to understand what was happened to my stomach because all the reports show normal such as ct scan, endoscopy, abdomen X-ray etc. But now it’s showing gastric and multiples polyps in my intestine .     Hi Darryl, I must say your book is the best thing to happen to me. I’m a patient of Multiple Sclerosis and I have actually seen changes in my health because of your book. Thanks a ton!!! you are a GODSEND Angel for me :) I have decided to go back to the GYM and its been a month since i have started. I have started eating little bit of tofu and Soy milk protein powder it is called ‘Nourish’ it is vegan and natural but I am a bit confused because in your book it is written as follows: “Soy Milk is not a healthy source of calcium and protein because soya contains endocrine disrupting chemicals such as genistein and daidzein, also called phytoestrogens because they negatively influence the brain, thyroid, reproductive organs as well as the immune system.” This has been confusing.

    while in your website there are lot of mention of soya milk as a source of protein and calcium but still not sure if I should take this vegan protein supplement. Kindly help me with this confusion..The specification of ingredient is as follows:
